Coaching For Performance is a coaching program consisting of 17 one-hour sessions designed to help you gain a better understanding of what it means to be performant and to perform better.
- During the sessions, you will gain a better understanding of what parts of your life influence your performance, have more clarity over the beliefs that are in the way of a high performer, and find ways to motivate yourself.
- Between the sessions, you will have new insights about your definition of performance and understand your ability to manage tasks that require performance.
- After the coaching program, you will have new ways of motivating yourself, know what to do to maintain focus and reduce distractions, balance your inner self in relation to others, and know what skills to improve to maintain performance.
This program is tailored to individuals like you who want to improve their focus, understand what holds them back, become more motivated, and who also struggle with stress and stressful relationships.
1st Journey Step: Setting sail
We will work together to explore the four most important life aspects that influence your career on a regular basis together with your beliefs around performance.
2nd Journey Step: Using the compass
We will explore your future and have a facilitated discussion to understand your expectations, needs, wants, and standards when it comes to what performance means.
3rd Journey Step: Navigating limiting beliefs
We will tap into parts of you that can hold you down, explore your values, and understand how to use the process of flow to better increase performance.
4th Journey Step: Defeating the unknown
We’ll work together to understand what generates stress and how you interact with your most important relationships at work.
5th Journey Step: Checking the horizon
We will identify the most important attributes you need to have as a leader to perform better and explore the most important steps for you to focus on in the next 90 days.
