Project Description

From brain to heart

Let yourself guided by the brain and led by the heart

In order to reach the heart, you have to experience three realities in which people are living and excel in the last one.

The first reality, the objective one, is connected to the collective ideas of the society you live in.

The second reality, the subjective one, is connected to the ideas that you develop after using your personal filter.

The third reality, the optimist one, is connected to a state of mind that lasts a lifetime. This is the reality in which you’ll have to excel if you want to be led by your heart.

The moment when you are born, before taking contact with any of the three realities, you are led by the brain. Your brain absorbs information from the outer world and does whatever it wants with it. Shortly after, you’ll be having an objective reality built by the common elements of the others’ subjective realities.

And then, as you step forward in life, your subjective reality will start developing – that’s where you’ll have your own ideas and beliefs. The more information you gather from others’ subjective realities, the more you’ll filter the information and empower your beliefs. That’s the point when your subjective reality will result.

Finally, at a certain moment, you will start struggling. The beliefs that are part of your subjective reality won’t help you live the desired life. Therefore, you’ll change your existing beliefs with some positive ones that will be strongly connected with your aspirations and dreams. This is where you’ll start developing your optimistic reality. Also, this is where you’ll have to excel in order to get the things you want in life.

The final result will be generated by the whole adventure from brain to heart, as two different life directions.

Practical Activities

If you want to be an optimist, you have to put in the effort of going from brain to heart.

Our brain is the organ that helps us think – the information receiver that builds the reality bubble we’re living in. Our heart is the organ that helps us discover – the trigger that guides us towards amazing experiences.

Those who are living using their brain are always with their feet on the ground, truly rational about their decisions, and always have a comfort zone that dictates their lives. Those who are living using their heart are always living by discovering things, are passionate, brave and always willing to experience more.

These are two conclusions I’ve reached after interacting, socializing and spending time with people.

From the moment you understand that your emotions don’t have to be controlled, but shared, you’ll understand the importance of emotions for building trustworthy relationships.
