Current location: Craiova, Romania
Slowly learning Hiragana. Very slowly.
Working on a new book. While I’m writing regularly, the last book I wrote was in 2018. This one is about optimism and will include the findings of my 2-year research, among other things. Will probably be published in 2028 or 2029, if everything goes well.
Running 2 times/week, around 5 to 10 km/run. I’m not training for anything specifically – I just like running. This is one of my oldest healthy habits.

Improving my writing skills. Writing in my journal and making notes daily. Also started participating in writing contests.
Piloting the Strategic Optimism Framework I created, working with entrepreneurs who feel stuck, helping them rewrite the stories they tell themselves when facing a setback.
Started working on a Coaching Business.
