The person
Who is Andreea?
Andreea Trandafir is the founder of MagnyTee, a Romanian brand of magnetic t-shirts designed to make women feel creative and unique. She runs the business entirely solo and came into this work as someone already self-aware, ambitious, driven, and emotionally engaged. She didn’t need to be fixed. She needed structure.
“My block right now is to step outside my bubble of clients I’ve grown with and present my brand to people outside my circle.”

The goals
What Andreea wanted out of the programme
Biggest goal: Sell 20 premium products/month.
Other goals:
- Overcome my hesitation to put myself forward and actively showcase my magnetic T-shirts to the people I want to reach.
- Have various activities at my workshop.
- Become an ambassador of my brand.
- Post daily on social media.
- Feel less stuck: go from 6 (many blockages) to 2-3 (fewer blockages)
- Have more clarity: go from 2 (no clarity) to 5 (better clarity)
Stretch goal (for 12 months): Grow my business enough to quit my job and have at least 70% of my salary as income from the business.
Before
What she was struggling with
On the surface: not enough orders. Underneath: a story she’d been telling herself for years, that being emotional was her character, not a behavior. That external factors (the economy, what people were buying, the market) were the real reason things weren’t moving. She had turned a pattern into an identity.
Her words — before
- "I usually let my emotions win."
- "This is me. I've been emotional my whole life. This is my character."
- "The feeling that I can manage to have the workshop."
Her words — after
- "I'm trusting more in myself and what I can do."
- "I'm less critical with myself."
- "It's only up to me, with confidence. Not pressure."

Optimism Score (LOT-R)
The score held steady because this programme doesn’t inflate positivity. It changes your relationship to difficulty. The other numbers moved more and in the right direction.
The emotional arc
How her inner world shifted
Across all sessions and assessments, the emotional vocabulary Andreea used to describe herself tells its own story. From hedged positivity mixed with drain, to clean and unguarded language with no negative qualifiers at all.
What you see below is from a self-assessment Andreea filled on her own.
Early phase — May 3–20
Final sessions — Jun 7–15
The mid-point dip was real. Late May into early June, things got hard: “sick, tired, loving mother,” “low energy,” “survival mode on.” Morning energy dropped to 3–4. These entries read like someone running on fumes while managing something emotionally heavy. This was the valley. The recovery after June 7 was sharp and held. That kind of clean, unguarded language at the end (especially the single word “balanced”) suggests someone who has arrived somewhere, not just having a good day.
The Process
7 sessions — one journey
Each session had a specific goal set by Andreea at the start. Each ended with a measurable shift. Here’s the full arc from contracting to 90-day objectives.
5 May
-
Contracting & assessment
Understood what stresses her. Avoider saboteur identified — awareness went from 6 to 8/10 after the session.
12 May
-
"I can't organize when too many ideas come at once" — Avoider 6→8
Found a relaxation/breathing exercise specific to her. Built a checklist that lowered the intensity of her fear of disappointing others.
19 May
-
How to calm myself in a highly demanding moment
Practical method found and tested in session. Breathing exercise works specifically for her situation.
2 Jun
-
More clarity (4→5) and confidence (3→5) in my own resources — without going external
By end of session: clarity up to 7, confidence up to 8.
9 Jun
-
How to exit a bad state. How to make a good state productive.
"What I take from today: to be present, to notice how I feel, and to see how it influences everything in my life — with practical methods to do it."
16 Jun
-
Understanding why I do what I do — and who I do it for
Drama Triangle — the rescuer pattern. How saving others shapes how she allocates her time and energy.
16 Jun
-
Reflection session + 90-day goals
5 goals set (2 personal and 3 business) for Andreea to follow in the next 90 days.
The Turning Point
What actually shifted
Andreea had a pattern she hadn’t named before: she would leave events before they happened. Not physically, but emotionally. She would pre-feel the experience, project outcomes, and spend the emotional energy in advance. By the time the real moment arrived, she was already somewhere else.
“I’m not projecting anything before it happens anymore. And it’s so surprising the way it makes me feel and enjoy the moment compared to what I did before.”
Andreea — final session
The second shift was recognizing her avoidant saboteur and understanding why her own workaround worked. She had already discovered that starting with something tiny led to finishing everything. Once she understood the mechanism behind it, she could activate it on purpose instead of waiting for it to happen by accident.
“I see it come back to life, and I say — okay, let’s fight. I just start. And after I start, I cannot stop.”
Andreea — final session
What surprised her
She didn't expect this
“We can measure what progress I made in the session. You put some questions at the beginning, and then we measure what we achieved. And that’s huge — because you can see the progress right then and leave with what you took notes on. It’s not just an hour and a half in a week. It’s a work in progress through the whole week.”
Andreea — Case study interview
She expected coaching to feel exploratory and open-ended. What surprised her was that it was also precise. There was a visible arc inside each session and across all of them. She could watch herself move.
David never tried to "fix" me
The coaching was valuable to me because it helped me identify the real obstacles behind my business challenges. Instead of giving advice, David guided me to discover my own patterns, challenged my thinking, and equipped me with practical tools that I continue to use in both my business and personal life.
Every session had a clear objective, a structured process, and actionable outcomes. I always left with greater clarity and concrete next steps. There wasn’t a moment where it didn’t meet my expectations. If anything, each session reinforced my confidence in the coaching process.
The coaching experience exceeded my expectations when I realized that the biggest transformation wasn’t only in my business results, but in the way I approached challenges. I became more optimistic, more confident, and much more intentional in my decisions.
I would recommend David as a coach because he doesn’t simply motivate people, he helps them understand how they think, identify what is holding them back, and create sustainable change. His approach is professional, structured, and focused on real results.
The coaching required commitment and openness. David provided the framework and guidance, but the results came from applying what I learned between sessions. That’s what made the transformation meaningful and lasting.
One thing I particularly appreciated was that David never tried to “fix” me. He helped me discover the answers myself, which made every breakthrough feel authentic and lasting.

Is this for you?
Andreea’s case is useful to look at because on the surface she didn’t fit the typical profile of someone who “needs” coaching. She was not burned out, not lost, not in crisis. She was someone with energy, drive, and direction, who was nonetheless capping her own growth by placing the locus of control outside herself, and running a quiet identity story about her emotionality being the obstacle rather than a signal.
This programme is likely a good fit if...
You have enough momentum that external obstacles are no longer the main thing in your way. You’re doing the work, but you notice a pattern that keeps repeating. You know what to do and still don’t do it consistently. Or you’ve achieved things but feel strangely disconnected from them, as if you were already somewhere else by the time they happened.
If you recognize yourself in Andreea’s “before” (ambitious, capable, emotionally engaged, but spending that energy on outcomes you can’t control) this is the work that addresses that specific gap.
