Live on the frequency of optimism and be authentic

A barefoot figure stands surrounded by a vibrant spiral of colorful light, visually capturing the energy and frequency of optimism.

When you look at optimism from the point of view of its frequency, it is different than pessimism. When you live optimistically, you experience emotions that are connected to the frequency of optimism. On the other hand, the emotions of pessimism are different, which means they are connected to another frequency.

The emotions connected to optimism are acceptance, love, joy, peace, and even enlightenment. You can feel enlightened when you’re an optimist and live in an optimistic state of being.

On the other side, when we talk about pessimism, we can see emotions such as pride, anger, desire, fear, pain, guilt, or shame. You can go so low that you would feel shame in a pessimistic state of being. All these emotions are connected to different frequencies.

For example, the frequency of optimism, which is emotionally described through acceptance, is at 310 Hertz. On the other side, the frequency of pessimism, emotionally described through pain, is at 75 Hertz. Pain, desire, fear, despair, guilt, and shame are emotions of hopelessness and are strongly associated with pessimism.

When you feel hopeless about the things that are happening in your life and the things you desire (your dreams and aspirations), you live in pessimism.

You can’t experience two opposing frequencies at the same time

I wanted to share with you the above examples so you can understand that you can’t experience two emotions at the same time, since they are at different frequencies.

For example, you can’t experience love (500 Hertz) while you experience fear (100 Hertz). These are two different frequencies and it’s impossible to experience them both at the same time.

Maybe you have the ability to go from one to another very fast, in a matter of seconds, but you can’t experience them both at the same time.

And here comes the tricky part: you may have the feeling that you feel love for one thing and hate for another. But that’s just what your mind is telling you while your body stays connected to only one frequency.

Your mind can give you the illusion that you are connected to many frequencies but your body feels only one emotion.

How to go from pessimism to optimism

When we talk about emotions, I have a great visual representation that will help you better understand the frequencies associated with emotions.

It’s useful because it can help you understand that, if you want to reach a state of optimism and live optimistically, you have to give up emotions such as guilt, shame, pain, desire, anger, or pride.

Here’s the visual representation:

Table with many frequencies - the frequency of optimism is mentioned

All these emotions (guilt, shame, pain, desire, anger, or pride) are connected to your past experiences. Because of these past experiences, you keep these emotions in your life, and they’re influencing your current state and your future aspirations.

But who says you can’t change what you feel in joy, peace, love, acceptance, or openness?

Who says you can’t?

Well, your past experiences.

You may have programmed yourself in such a way that you are constantly chasing dreams that are fueled by fear, anger, shame, or guilt. But you don’t have to do that.

If you let go of your past and accept the present the way it is, you’ll reach a state of neutrality. From that, you can go beyond desire, anger, and pride. You’ll start experiencing courage, openness, and positive emotions that will help you achieve your goals more positively.

I understand that, if until now you’ve lived in fear, guilt, or shame, my recommendation doesn’t sound too… realistic. But if you don’t let go of your traumatic past, you’ll never have an optimistic future.

Use meditation to reach the frequency of optimism

You may ask yourself, “How do I live love, joy, and peace?”

My answer is: through meditation.

Through meditation you connect to the present moment. When you practice meditation for months and years, it reorganizes your brain so it can accept the love, joy, and peace you want to live.

A study says that you need 30 minutes of meditation every day, for 8 weeks, to reorganize your brain, with benefits on memory and emotion regulation.

Here’s the study: Brief, daily meditation enhances attention, memory, mood, and emotional regulation in non-experienced meditators.

In my case, I needed more time – somewhere between 12 and 14 weeks.

The connection between authenticity and optimism

Optimism and authenticity are connected because you can’t be authentic if you don’t live in the present moment. You can’t be authentic if you blame others, live in fear, shame, or guilt.

To be authentic, you need at least a state of neutrality – where you trust yourself, are brave, and live positive emotions such as acceptance or forgiveness.

All these states are aligned with optimism. If you look at the above visual representation with the frequencies, you’ll see that Optimism is at 310 Hertz. When you live in an emotionally positive state, you unlock your authenticity and connect to your higher self, beyond identity, experiences, and life circumstances.

When you live in a state of optimism, you live in a state of authenticity.

Being optimistic is the first step towards self-discovery. When you live in optimism, you create the space you need to explore and discover who you are.

With love and optimism,

You don’t have to save the world

I guess we all have this illusion in our heads that the world needs us so much that we’re willing to ignore ourselves in order to save the world. No,
